This enchanting little village municipality north of Whistler could only be reached by train until 1960.

Squamish is home to the iconic Stawamus Chief mountain, the famous Sea to Sky gondola, and a stunning, lush landscape at the tip of Howe Sound. Turquoise rivers, mossy forests, and cliff-top restaurants: magic is everywhere in this little valley.
The recreational capital of Canada — just a one-hour drive from North Vancouver, and one hour south of Whistler.
